Full Job Description
Requirements:
We are looking for instructors with bachelor’s or advanced degrees in English, with highlighted experience teaching online English for elementary or middle school students.
This is a contractor position. We are seeking a teacher living in the East Coast time zone that is available to teach 8-9am Fri and Sat (plus possible other days throughout the week based on instructor availability)
A class is usually taught twice a week, at the same time for two months, pending student enrollment.
Job duties:
- Instruct kids in virtual classes.
- Develop or update course information on our system for parents.
- Use subject-matter expertise to impart knowledge to students and leverage additional resources appropriately to enhance the curriculum.
- Review members‘ assignments in a timely manner, no later than 1 days after course end date. Respond to student questions and learning needs in a timely manner.
- Participate in required orientations and instructor training programs.

Pay: $22.00 – $35.00 per hour
