Full Job Description
Le Petite Fete is a woman-owned pop-culture-obsessed live events company that started in Orlando, Florida after the idea for a dance party was born at brunch. Since May 2021 we have grown rapidly and are looking to add a part-time events assistant or intern on our team. Feel free to check out our website: lepetitefete.com
This role is 100% travel based and will require you to travel Friday-Sunday. Work Monday – Thursday is not required. This is a job that requires you to be in a concert-like setting so we ask that you’re comfortable working in a loud environment. At this time benefits are not provided and this is very much so a part-time/contract position.
As the Event Assistant – You Will:
- Assist with set-up and teardown of Le Petite Fete’s footprint at the event. This includes the photo areas set-up and merchandise.
- Assist with social media including posting to social channels, responding to DM’s, and taking videos at each event.
- Working the merchandise table including counting in/out of products and balancing sales in square/cash at the end of the night.
- Adapt quickly to changing environments.
Requirements of the Event Assistant:
- Due to music venue restrictions, we do ask that you are at least 21 years of age
- Must possess a valid U.S. Driver’s License
- Able to perform well in a quick-paced, time-demanding, and sensitive environment.
- Previous experience in live events is a plus.
