Full Job Description
MySimpleTC is recruiting on behalf of Your Journey Gem Travel Agency. We are seeking individuals with outstanding Customer Service Skills who are comfortable Marketing via Social Media/Web/Conventional Methods, and Booking of Travel/Accommodations/Activities. If you do not have marketing skills, we will provide training on marketing techniques.
Your Journey Gem works with more than 133 preferred suppliers including Carnival Cruises, Princess, Universal, Expedia, and more. You will be provided with online training, specialized certifications and travel opportunities in regard to this opportunity.
Experience in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Customer Service, Catering, Party Planning, and Travel Planning in any capacity is welcome.
Job Responsibilities
· Plan vacation experiences, tour packages, day trips, excursions, events, transportation, and accommodations.
· Book flights, cruises, rail, rental cars, hotels, tickets, reservations, and travel insurance online and via telephone.
· Stay informed with the latest travel & leisure deals, advisories, destination updates, and supplier/vendor training.
· Attend weekly team training opportunities so you are maximizing top sales potential through all booking requests.
· Facilitate payment plans to accommodate clients’ vacation package needs.
Job Skills & Qualifications
Required
· A desktop computer or laptop
