Full Job Description
The Company:
Dallas Counseling and Treatment Center (DCTC) is a well-established behavioral health group practice with four offices across North Texas and a robust virtual presence. We’re searching for therapists fully licensed in Texas (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) to join our team remotely. Our schedules do not require evening or weekend time and this particular position is 100% remote providing telehealth.
You’ll experience all the luxuries of private practice combined with the support from our clinical and administrative team. You will be free of the anxiety of operating a private practice while maintaining flexibility and a healthy work-life balance. We value meeting our clinicians’ individual needs, including providing independence and support, respecting your boundaries, scheduling clients you enjoy treating, and providing consistent communication. When our therapists are happy and supported, they provide the best care possible to our clients.
