Job description
The Territory Sales Representative is based in the field is responsible for generating new accounts, developing relationships with dental/orthodontic offices, from prospecting to 1st case entry, nurturing relationships and being active in the dental community. You will have existing dental/orthodontic/DSO contacts, a strong self-starter, and are able to perform to meet objectives with limited direct supervision.

A Medical Sales Fanatic We’re looking for those that have a background in the medical device industry, since this will provide an edge when creating your territory plans.
What we’re looking for:
- Drive profitable sales growth and maximize sales revenue within a defined territory by developing, maintaining, and advancing existing accounts and prospects.
- Achieve new business targets by strategizing, identifying, targeting and converting prospects accounts with doctors.
- Prepare and maintain territory business plans, and execute them quickly by leveraging existing contacts.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team with launch plans and objectives.
- Leverage seminars and industry events to build new and reinforce existing relationships.
- Stay up to date with orthodontic industry news and studies.
- Proficient with cloud based software such as sales CRM, Google Sheets, Slack, etc. to record, communicate and measure sales activities.
- Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
- Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist with communication skills.
- A team player with a strong passion for sales, start-up’s, who loves a challenge to build stuff from the bottom up.
What we look for:
- A min. 3 yrs of outside sales experience in the dental field required; medical device industry experience strongly preferred.
- Strong communication skills to present, influence and negotiate with new prospects.
- Capable of working both collaboratively (whenever required) and also independently.
- Holds high integrity, and abides by a professional code of conduct.
- Results driven with the ability to be independent and resourceful
Possess a valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and is able maintain insurance coverage for their own vehicle.
Base pay + commission. OTE Earnings: $65,000 – $69,000
