The ideal candidate will be independently licensed as an LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or LMHC with 2 or more years post licensure SA experience. LMFT preferred with additional trauma and family experience. Also prefer additional certifications/trainings in EMDR, EFT, or FFT. Must be licensed in Colorado or obtain Colorado licensure prior to start date. Prefer candidates with licensure in additional states as well.

About the Position:

The Telehealth Therapist at All Points North is responsible for providing the highest levels of Addiction and Mental Health treatment services in a telehealth treatment facility. Telehealth therapists are responsible for providing individual and group counseling services to patients and families. The Telehealth Therapist works as part of an Interdisciplinary team helping to develop individualized treatment plans for each patient, facilitating its focus, goals and execution. The Telehealth IOP will carry a case load of patients and work diligently to help each patient find their path to recovery and change. This position covers outpatient and intensive outpatient caseloads in a telehealth setting.

The Telehealth Therapist plays a critical role in the delivery of care. Primary therapists are responsible for developing rapport with patients in an effort to effectively assess, address and treat Addiction and Mental Health Disorders. Concurrently, the primary therapist is responsible for helping patients address issues related to family dynamics, self-esteem, life skills, and other issues.

The Telehealth Therapist also works closely with the All Points North Residential Team to support with family therapy and clients transitioning to lower levels of care in the telehealth setting.

Education: This position requires a minimum of a Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling from an accredited college or university.

Licensure: This position requires licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor Licensed Mental Health Counselor or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. EMDR certification preferred.

Experience: This position requires the following experience:

Special Skills & Knowledge: Exceptional verbal and written skills are required to effectively express ideas and views when (a) speaking to groups, staff, outside professionals and corporate officers; (b) for preparing written reports; (c.) data input. Must possess initiative and judgment capabilities to organize and plan activities, systematize procedures, promote favorable public relations and make decisions affecting service delivery to consumers. Must be flexible to adjust to changing conditions and the various details of the job. Basic computer skills are required with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based products knowledge a bonus. Current credentials as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, PhD, PsyD; addiction credentials/certifications preferred but not required.
