Telehealth Physical Therapist Contractor Pain/Chronic Pain/Part Time KY – PT Genie – Remote Part Time

Who is PT Genie?

What You’ll Do:

The Part-Time Telehealth Physical Therapist will spend roughly 15-20 hours per week, working alongside one of PT Genie’s clients located in KY (with clients in KY + IN) to evaluate, plan, and implement a treatment plan for patients using PT Genie’s patented technology. Responsibilities include:

• Utilizing PT Genie’s Teleport platform to provide Physical therapy telehealth services to patients who may or may not be coming into the clinic as well for in person treatment
• Provide assessment, treatment and rehab services to patients to improve mobility and relieve pain
• Set measurable goals and document patient progress in PT Genie platform and the EMR
• Perform evaluations and re-evaluations; alter plan of care as needed
• Works with Care Satisfaction Specialist to monitor patient compliance
• Provide quality care to patients
• Comply with all HIPAA regulations
• Maintain patient confidentiality

Who We’re Looking For:

We are looking for an experienced Physical Therapist who understands pain / chronic pain who is willing to work part-time, per diem (roughly 15-20 hours per week), and is familiar and comfortable with treating patients virtually. Pay is per patient and type of call (Eval vs follow up). Contracted position with expectations of about 15-20 hours per week (can be weekday or weekend but within 9A to 7P EST set your own schedule/days). In addition, you will have the following skills and qualifications:

• KY (Ideally IN too) Licensed Physical Therapist required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience treating outpatient patients; Experience in Pain Management / Chronic Pain
• Telehealth experience/technically savvy
• Good home internet connection, private and professional home office
• Strong communication skills, both in person and virtually
• Dependable
• Ability to work independently and with little direction
