Our Talent Engagement Coordinator will support the recruitment function of Blackmere by providing full-cycle recruiting support by monitoring candidate and client communication and reporting talent acquisition metrics.
This is a great way to break into the world of tech recruiting. We want someone who is eager to help fantastic people by supporting operational excellence. You will be responsible for knowing exactly what’s going on with every aspect of recruiting operations and serve as a point of contact for team members.
This person will contribute ideas to our recruitment strategy, execute online and offline engagement efforts with prospective applicants, and may engage with clients from some of the most important organizations in the industry.
