Student Success Manager

The Student Success Manager will be responsible for building lasting relationships with companies of all

sizes (startups to Fortune 100) to hire graduates from DigitalCrafts’ top-rated technical programs. In

addition, you will be responsible for ensuring all students who go through a DigitalCrafts program have

completed each of the career readiness requirements and are ready to undertake the job search.

The role’s primary focus includes:

• Oversee and direct the Student Success Team which currently has 2-3 team members
• Develop new relationships with hiring managers to ensure graduates from the DigitalCrafts’

programs are getting jobs quickly upon graduation

• Ensure all students graduate ready to take on the job search process by continuously improving

career-readiness curriculum and job search activities

• Responsible for publishing annual student outcomes report by rigorously collecting and gathering

student outcome data throughout the year

• [Important] Account Management – Some employer partners at DigitalCrafts’ prefer to hire

students on contract or contract-to-hire engagements, and you will serve as the primary point of

contact to continue building these staffing relationships. Responsibilities will include:

• Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in current and

future customer accounts.

• Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs with the goal of driving

future business.

• Leading contract negotiations and working with procurement, legal and human resources

when necessary to deliver on these engagements.

What can make you stand out

• A passion for supporting students in landing their first job
• 4+ years of experience as a Recruiter and/or Account Manager in tech and a familiarity with key

staffing terminology (bill rate, pay rate, etc.)

• Strong personal presence with excellent verbal and written communications skills
• High level client relationship building skills, including excellent listening skills to uncover and

understand client needs

• Excellent presentations skills (large and small groups)
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use Excel / Google Sheets at an intermediate level
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and drive to expected results
