We are looking for a highly-motivated academic program Assistant with demonstrated organization, communication, and execution skills. Candidates need to be proactive, able to work independently, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities
- Assist the university accreditation consultant in the accreditation report
- Assist in the academic programs, which includes coordination of learning management system, scheduling, preparing documentation, tracking, and reporting
- Assist in curriculum development, implement changes and updates as required
- Plan virtual meetings and in-person events (e.g. scheduling venues and contractors, designing resources, communicating with guests, providing day-of coordination)
- Execute established processes and drive projects with defined scope and complexity with minimal guidance
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment in determining appropriate steps, including innovative ways to problem-solve as needed
- Experience in marketing and helping find potential cooperation partners as needed
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree (Preferred), open to any major.
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and the desire to learn new software skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to adapt to quickly changing priorities
- Ability to grow positive working relationships with colleagues at all organization levels
- Excellent coordination, organizational, writing and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Learning Management and Student Management Systems will be plus
- One to two years of experience in Higher Education in Student Affairs
- Speak Chinese is a plus
