Sales Coordinator
Sales (Recruiting) Coordinator Job Details
Recruiting Coordinators are the first point of contact for our student-athletes and their families, helping identify dedicated athletes for college coaches! Through high-volume outbound calls, recruiting coordinators provide education around service offerings and demonstrate a commitment to world class service in a competitive and collaborative environment.
This entry-level sales position allows you to:
- Utilize and strengthen communication skills (75-100+ outbound dials daily)
- Learn and develop various sales techniques and customer service skills
- Gain expertise about 30+ different sports recruitment processes
- Take advantage of professional growth opportunities
- Impact your own income! By meeting and exceeding goals, you can earn additional income above and beyond your base pay.
Requirements
- 6+ months of professional experience, preferably in sales
- Highly self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding goals
- Flexibility to work some nights/weekends
- Some sports knowledge required, former athletes and coaches at high school or higher level preferred
- Bilingual a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $40,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend availability
Supplemental Pay:
