About the Role:
This is a Sourcer role, where you will be a critical part of our clients’ success. Your role is beyond just searching for and identifying suitable candidates, as you build or modify recruiting processes to yield better results, and continually enhance their employer brand. This role extends beyond the need to just meet headcount goals and deliver on metrics – you will contribute to high-level business conversations, solve problems around company growth, and identify individual motivations to align them with team requirements and business needs. This role is a fully remote position with flexibility to be full-time or part-time. What you’ll do

• Contribute to a growing community of thought leaders and talent partners by participating in regular town-hall meetings and 1:1’s with Kinkor Consulting leadership
• Represent Kinkor Consulting’s brand and capabilities and identify opportunities for additional engagements within client sites
• Partner with Client’s Executive team to manage and modify recruitment process from interest to offer
• Build synergy with Client’s core Human Resources function to ensure best employee experience
• Implement new Talent technologies as needed
• Provide a world-class experience for each and every Client candidate
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through research and passive outreach for mission-critical roles within the company
• Manage multiple requisitions and hiring managers at once

Who you are

• Proficient Talent Sourcing professional that has experience and understands how to make a recruiting function work more efficiently and at scale
• A person that has a consultative approach, can drive to a plan with a sense of urgency
• Naturally proactive
• A person that embraces reporting, controls the narrative and anticipates challenges
• Worked in a high growth startup from headcount planning through full execution of the hiring plan
• Experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role
• Familiarity with sourcing tools, HR systems and candidate management systems

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $55.00 – $65.00 per hour
