Full Job Description
The Social Media & Graphic Design Intern will work under the direct supervision of the Director of Marketing. They will assist in a variety of marketing duties such as social media, website assets, and digital and print media production.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning and designing content for MidCentury’s social platforms – most specifically, Instagram posts and stories.
- Assisting the Director of Marketing in website assets for current and upcoming landing pages. This includes but is not limited to, designing graphics and updating site information.
- Creating and updating various sales collateral.
- Helping with any other day-to-day duties of the Marketing Department.
- Bonus: Video Production
Experience
- Marketing Experience – Preferred
- Graphic Design Experience – Preferred
- Proficient knowledge of Adobe Design Programs such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator – Required

- Exceptional organizational capability, including the ability to multi-task.
- Strong people skills, including the capability to handle various personalities and develop professional relationships.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Applications.
- Action-oriented and self-motivated, with the drive to complete projects and tasks to successful closure.
- Strong verbal & written communication.
- Strong ability to work within a team setting, contribute ideas, be flexible to new ideas, and have a willingness to collaborate.
- Ability to work under leadership, take direction, and act upon it in a timely and effective manner.
Work Location: Remote. Will meet a few times a month with the Director of Operations.
Job Type: Internship. Class credit available.
