YaizY is a next-generation, “passion to profession” learning organization serving students in middle and high school. We offer engaging and challenging courses that offer students rigorous and fun ways to learn about coding, multimedia arts, animation, digital marketing, entrepreneurship, esports, and many more! Our classes are designed by learning experts with both strong pedagogical and industry experience to inspire and build on the natural talents and interests of students.

How We Support You:
- Provide extensive upfront and ongoing training on our industry-specific courses and methodologies
- Provide you with prepared curriculum – including robust lesson plans and presentation materials – designed by our learning experts to engage students and tie to industry needs and requirements.

- Our extensive teacher onboarding program will help get up to speed and give you the confidence and skills to effectively teach our courses

What You Will Do:
- Conduct online classes for kids (10-17 years old) on our platform
- Run classes with the use of YaizY platform and methodological guidance
- Engage students, maintain friendly and comfortable teamwork
- Track and maintain the quality of the educational process
- Provide kids and their parents with feedback on classes
Specific duties:
- Conduct classes in Miro, Canva, ClipChamp
Requirements
Essential Role Requirements:
- Proficiency in English
- BA Degree or equivalent professional experience in Marketing / Advertising/ PR / Social
Science
- 1 year experience teaching 20+ students online
- Background and interest in social media, marketing
- Experience or a strong desire to work at a startup
- Strong passion for interacting with kids
- Track record of reliability and sense of responsibility
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Must have strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with a variety of middle and high school students, including students from diverse backgrounds and with varying levels of English language proficiency
- Valid work authorization in the US
Specific qualification:
- Knowledge of Miro, Canva, ClipChamp
- Background in marketing, advertising, PR
