We specialize in obtaining federally sourced funds for public infrastructure and community development grants. I am looking to turn this company into a cooperative and I need help obtaining new clients to develop this company into something larger. I am seeking people who are interested in working with me to grow this company into a successful cooperative. A cooperative is a business model where it is worker owned and democratically managed. This means that the employees hold ownership positions in the company and receive equity. This also means more job security, better working conditions, and a more secure company that is resilient to recessions. Since this company is in its beginning stages, we need to bring on a healthy amount of clients to secure our income, so please keep this in mind. I have a plan to expand and scale this company into a larger social enterprise of cooperatives, and if you are interested we can discuss this plan further during a call together. Since we are brand new, those who onboard now will be given the opportunity to become worker-owners in order to establish the cooperative together. I already made a large personal investment in the company to get it started, but I am not seeking any equity buy in. Alternatively, I would only request that those who are interested keep in mind that we need to work together to obtain a feasible income to fund our salaries.
