The position: Entry Level Sales
If you’re passionate about closing sales and owning your pay through uncapped commission, we’re looking for you! This position aims to help Blistey grow in listings and partnerships. This is not a cold calling role, but if you can cold call successfully, you’ll be awesome at this. Getting in at the ground level will be key to building the brand, growing sales, and helping Blistey grow!
- Own and build BIPOC business relationships from both company-provided and self-procured leads
- Collaborate effectively with our team, building community partners to deliver an exceptional client experience and close partnership deals
- Strong work ethic with a drive to exceed expectations
- Excellent people person
- Work well in a fast-paced, commission sales environment
- Open to learning and growing independently and from feedback
- Work well under high pressure, ability to multi-task
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Conduct follow-up customer communication
- Understand and track established individual sales goals

Pay: $33,073.57 – $125,044.19 per year
