Sales Development Specialist – GLR – Remote Part Time

100% Remote – Work from Home Position – Hourly plus bonus – Must be able to work PST hours. Can be located anywhere in the United States

We’re looking to bring on a few new Level 1 SDS reps. We offer a zero-down solar program in California. California has the highest electric rates in the country. In some cases double and triple that of the rest of the country. We have an ultra-targeted list that are homeowners that are pre-qualified for the program. It’s literally like shooting fish in a barrel out there. As soon as you briefly explain the program, they wanna know more about how they can save up to 40% or more. At that point, you schedule an appointment for an experienced closer to speak with them. Easy as pie. No selling whatsoever. Just helping people out.

• Either work one of our 2 shifts:

Mon-Fri, 10 am-2pm or 4pm-8pm
-or choose your own schedule Mon-Sun, 9am-8 pm

Responsibilities:

• Outbound B2B cold calling, qualifying prospects, and setting sales appointments.
• Superb ability to start conversations, and build trust upon initial contact
• Comfortably interact with homeowners

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of lead generation and/or cold calling experience required
• Competitive and self-motivated nature: we want to hire people who are eager to work hard and get great results
• Excellent verbal and conversational skills: Must have a strong comfort level with professional sales conversations
• Call center experience required: some of our best reps have prior sales experience in direct-to-consumer sales or retail settings.
• Strong computer and data entry skills, including experience with Microsoft Office
• Accountability and the highest level of integrity are a MUST
• Must have own computer with Windows
• USB Headset
• Hardwired Internet Connection
