Sales Coordinator – Wood Underwear LLC – Remote Part Time

Wood is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team for the development and continued US and International brand growth.

Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Flexible Remote: Fully Remote (outside of Raleigh, NC) or Hybrid (remote & onsite Wood Office)
Terms: Contract part time to full time, flexible hours

Remuneration: $20/hour

Sales Support:

· Respond to customer inquiries

· Accurate data entry of purchase orders

· Communicate with warehouse team

· Regular account maintenance and service calls for reorders

· Reach out to new prospects and establish partnerships

· Support Sales Manager in customer follow-ups

· Support Field Representatives with samples / order tracking / inquiries

· Execute marketing / sales programs developed by Sales Manager

· Organization of media assets / image library

· Support trade shows preparation and appointment planning (2 x year)

Profile / Qualifications:

· Enthusiastic working with customers

· Passionate about building positive client relationships

· Planning, organizing & time management skills

· Enjoys problem Solving

· Great phone skills

· Excellent follow-up skills

· Strong attention to detail

· Analytical: product assortment opportunities + sales goals

· Proactive, team player, able to function in an entrepreneurial environment

Technical Skills:

· 2+ years of experience in Customer Service &/or Sales Support, preferably in the fashion wholesale and retail sector

· Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel

· Experience working web-based CRM (Salesforce) is a plus

· Order entry application (NuOrder) is a plus
