Sales Associate – Home repairs membership – Remote Part Time

Looking for a team of Sales Apprentices!

Home Repairs Membership is a full-service organization with the experience and expertise to
take care of residential or commercial needs and repairs whenever they arise.
We’re currently looking to hire students and recent graduates with interest in the sales space.
It’s never too early to start your career so we’re not excluding potential candidates to college
graduates.
Job Description:
 Prospect your own leads
 Come up with creative ways to sell more and more of our membership options
 Work directly with your Sales Master/Mentor on many of your own ideas and potential
sales with clients
 Learn the full sales cycle as you grow into a Sales Master/Mentor yourself

 Pay DAILY, whatever your sales are, we give 100% commission on your sale. So sell a lot!
 Sales Masters are very generous, selling a lot means your SM might bless you with
dinner and/or drinks on the house!
 If you hit the daily sales goal, pick a day of the week off. (subject to change as business
needs arise)
 Compensation is solely on your own sales. No office check ins, just routine meetings and
coaching sessions. You run your schedule. The faster you finish your sales, the faster you
can enjoy the rest of your day.
