Ohio Lighting Management is a full service, turn-key LED lighting retrofit and design build firm, specializing in lighting, and other turn-key energy conservation measures (ECM’s).

Our focus is on helping partners reduce fixed costs through utility, operational, and maintenance savings. Every project we implement, pays for itself in 1-5 years through these different cost cutting, energy saving measures.

We are looking grow our team of highly spirited and skilled Marketing Specialists to help grow our partner relationships in Ohio. Specialists will be making automated calls to schedule no cost onsite LED Lighting Audits (appointments) for our Lighting Engineers and Audit Specialists. You will only need a personal computer and high speed internet access. We will provide training and access to our phone dialer/lead system and a Bluetooth headset. All outbound calls are automated and made through the internet. *Use of personal cell phone not required. This is a home based position with no minimum or maximum work hours. Pay is both hourly and predominantly incentive based. Marketing Specialists will be compensated for every commercial lighting audit/survey scheduled and paid weekly.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with potential new commercial and industrial energy partners (potential LED Retrofit customers)

• Use your communication skills to promote our services and schedule an onsite lighting survey

• Display a friendly and positive attitude to assess the potential customers needs and provide solutions

• Be an expert about OLM, our services, environmental message and energy savings programs.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience in the lighting industry or energy savings/services sector preferred.

• Outstanding communication skills

• High School Diploma required

• 1-3 years of phone based cold calling experience required

• A high degree of professionalism/ability to interact with callers in a professional manner

• Ability to identify needs and offer solutions

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Strong computer skills including Microsoft office suite

• Superb organizational and time management skills

• Must be able to work independently

• Must have outstanding decision making and problem solving ability

• Must have proven track record of dependability

• Must be willing to learn new techniques and highly adaptable to change

• Persuasive and resilient in overcoming objections

Compensation is hourly, $40-75 per appoinment scheduled, and available profit sharing.
