Sales Administrator: The Perfect Job for Stay-At-Home Parents
While account managers engage new retailers, the sales administrator is responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of our nationwide network of authorized retailers. You will be responsible for helping them place orders, remit payment, track shipments and deal with any issues that might arise. As long as you keep them satisfied, they keep re-ordering.
In this role, you will work part-time from the comfort of your own home. This means you can take care of your babies (human and/or fur), while also taking care of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Customer support
- Retailer verification
- Process sales orders
- Issue Invoices
- Process payments
- Release shipments
- Track Orders
- Ensure the CRM has complete, updated info at all times
- Coordinate email blasts
- Manage and assign new leads
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills
- Meticulous attention to details
- Great telephone and e-mail communication skills
- Ability to work diligently with limited supervision
- Must be eager and a quick learner
- Flexibility and adaptability are a plus, as this company is quickly growing and positions evolve
