JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Remote Sales Coordinator
Salary: $275 weekly plus commissions on all sales
Location: Anywhere
Contractual Status : Part Time
Overview
Our Company manufactures and distributes gloves, hats and other winter accessories to retailers worldwide under a number of brands. We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic individual with great communication skills. This position is a work from home, remote position that will rely heavily on individual initiative to make sales calls and send prospective emails. No travel is required, but scheduled weekly check-in. Zoom/Microsoft Teams calls will be required. The first week will involve product training and provide a company overview and product knowledge. The company will provide sales leads, but it will be up to you to qualify how the level of interest/needs. You will be the primary point of contact through the sales process and will be responsible for closing the sale. This is an ideal job for someone looking to supplement their income from home while being flexible and able to work around their schedule and can lead to a full-time position with benefits.
Role Summary
- Reach out to retailers with our line of products using our sales tools
- Clearly communicate the opportunity & suggest relevant products
- Determine customer requirements and take clear, concise notes
- Maintain a communication log and keep track of all activity
- Update and review changes as needed within each order
- Find new opportunities outside of lead list
- Customize offers according to retailer needs
- Identify new potential channels of distribution
- Qualify and modify lead lists
- Review all orders before submitting to head office
- Offer feedback and communicate successes
- Be available for weekly check-in
- Work closely with customer service to complete new customer onboarding
- Weekly contact with Sales Manager for progress review
- Build relationships with buyers and gain their trust
- Follow up with customers after the sale
Key Competencies
- Strong interpersonal & negotiating skills

- Ability to handle rejection
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Being timely and responsive to all customers within 24 hours
Experience
- Tele-sales experience preferred
- Background in customer service
