Remote Appointment Coordinator/Telemarketing – Leasures Designer Portraits – Remote Part Time

Wage: $14 an hour + sales commission

Hours: Part-Time (15-20 Hours)

Location: Remote (At Home Position)

Studio Location: Chandler, AZ

Internet: Must have High Speed Internet and Be Plugged Into Your Modem/Router. (No Wifi allowed, Due to Specific Software)

Computer: Must have a PC computer. (No Macs Allowed, Due to Specific Software)

Schedule:
Monday (9 am – 5 pm Arizona Time)
Tuesday (9 am – 5 pm Arizona Time)
Friday (9 am – 5 pm Arizona Time)

*We can give you more hours on Wednesday and Thursday. (Dependent on workload)

Role (Overview of the Position)

Responsible for following up with prospects and turning them into bookings. Consulting the clients to prepare them for the session for the best possible outcome.

Responsibilities (Associated with the Role)

• Calling prospects to schedule their portrait session using a script

• (These are interested leads only, NO COLD CALLING)

• Phone consultations for every portrait session

• Check and return voicemails for people who want to schedule their session

• Answer all booking related emails and text messages

• Documenting client interaction and phone consultations within our systems

• Following up with established clients who need to reschedule their session

• Meet with supervisor once a week to go over goals and areas of improvement for the week

Results (Expect Accomplishments)

• Expected to meet the weekly sales quota.

• 100% consultations, done at least one week prior to the session (Always two weeks out)

• For every hour spent on calls, it is expected you book a session

Requirements (Expected Proficiencies)

• Know how to use our CRM – Stratus, Active Campaign, JustCall, and Slack systems

• Strong written and Verbal Skills

• Desire to make customers happy

• Belief in the value of a portrait

• Use Word, Excel (this is done via Google Sheets)

• Sales Skills Required

• Previous Telemarketing Position Recommended

• Willingness to self-reflect and and willingness to improve

• Work well with other team members to achieve the weekly goals
