PT Recruiter Remote – On-Site Health & Safety – Remote Part Time

About The Position: An effective recruiting team lays the foundation for any great company. We’re looking for an outgoing, driven, personable, and experienced candidate to join our recruiting team and find great talent. Working in conjunction with the recruiting team, your primary job entails finding exemplary candidates and scheduling them for interviews with department heads. This job is fast-paced, requires a strong attention to detail and good organizational skills…all combined with an outgoing and friendly personality. This position will report to the Human Resources Manager.

Compensation Package*:

• $21/Hour
• Part-Time Position (Remote position)
• Monday-Friday: (8:30am – 2:30pm)
• Position is 100% Remote so candidate can work anywhere in the US
• Limited travel – potential hiring events and mandatory employee meetings

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Working via CareerPlug and internal candidate-management resources, you would spend the vast majority of your day prescreening (filtering through online applications), prequalifying (setting up and conducting phone interviews with candidates whom show potential), arranging interviews, and moving candidates through the process from applications coming in through offers being made. At that point, candidates are turned over to the hiring team.

Additional Responsibilities May Include:

• Provide weekly updates for your assigned region
• Communicate regularly with the assigned region managers, answering questions regarding candidates, giving updates on region job ad, etc.
• Potential additional responsibilities may include assisting the EAP Dept. with assigning new hires with ambassadors, seeking clarification form regional managers on eligible ambassadors, assigning and notification to new hire, updating reports and forms on assignments.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year of recruiting/staffing experience
• Education:
  • 1 year of higher education preferred
• Computer literate
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Position is remote: candidate must have access to the internet and a computer (company iPhone provided)
• One year of recruiting and/or hiring experience in a fast-paced, customer-service oriented, and professional office environment

A Plus…But Not Required:

• Associate degree, Bachelor’s Degree or continuing education in related field is desirable
• Courses in: Communication, Business, Human Resources

• Strong written communication skills and the ability to prepare general correspondence, emails, forms, and reports
• Strong work ethic and the ability to demonstrate a high level of ethics, confidentiality, and professionalism
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to be flexible to the demands of a fast-paced environment including the ability to handle multiple interruptions, changing priorities, and time-sensitive deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce work that is both accurate and complete
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative to resolve problems and issues as they arise
• Self-motivated and the ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive work team
• Strong file management skills and the ability to develop and maintain accurate records and filing systems
• Strong computer skills and the ability to produce email, correspondence, and reports using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
