Project Manager for Content Company – Virtuoso Content LLC – Remote Part Time

Virtuoso Content is a boutique content writing agency based in Los Angeles. Approximately 70% of our clients are law firms—the rest run the gamut. We create content people can be proud of, using a process that respects our writers, our clients, and our readers. Our motto is “no suffering”.

We’re looking for a part-time (10-20 hours/week to start) project manager to join our team as we grow. This is a virtual contractor position. Responsibilities will include onboarding and managing clients, discussing and defining their content needs, communicating those to the writer, tracking the project to completion, light editing and review, coordinating with our internal team, and developing systems and processes.

THINGS YOU WILL DO

* Onboard clients and guide their journey with us.

* Communicate with clients and our internal team via phone and email.

* Develop and document client management systems.

* Use our database to track projects

* Help us hold both writers and clients to our standards, highlighting red flags and opportunities.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $28.00 per hour
