Product Trainer

PHARMACEUTICAL PRODUCT PRODUCT TRAINER WITH 2+ YEARS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Introduction:

We are seeking a Health Product Trainer to become an integral part of our team here at PHARMALYNK! You will be doing remote training sessions via zoom to our retail pharmacies and conducting a training program to improve the pharmacy staff’s understanding of our product lines and help them better sell the products.

Responsibilities:

• Implement training programs focused on Key product benefits and use.
• Develop training initiatives and strategies to inspire and teach store clerks in order to improve sales and performance.
• Maintain training notes, checklists, and records.
• Must be able to understand, learn, and teach people about the benefits provided by our unique health products.
• Survey employees and managers to determine training needs and desired results.

Qualifications: Previous experience in training, human resources, or other related fields.

• Ability to build rapport with trainees.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Passion/Interest in Natural Health Products.

Pay

$18 – $23 USD HOURLY
