Part-time Human Resources Assistant
Team Delegate, LLC, is seeking a part-time Human Resources Assistant. The role will be part-time but could grow over time. Team Delegate, LLC, is an executive virtual assistant company. We provide remote administrative assistance for CEOs and entrepreneurs, serving the virtual assistant industry for over 19 years.
This is a remote position.
This role will work closely with and assist our HR Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process
- Work with leadership to understand the hiring needs of our organization
- Assist in creating exciting and useful recruiting tactics to attract top-performing team members
- Research, add & monitor job ads on various online platforms
- Analyze resumes to find qualified candidates
- Interview candidates
- Monitor candidate screening process
- Assist with candidate onboarding
- Provide reports on job placement analytics

- Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently, without direct daily supervision
- Possess high attention to detail
- Trustworthiness & Honesty – you do what you say you will do, consistently, whether anyone is looking or not, and you’re clear and kind and speak up if there’s a problem of any kind.
Requirements:
- Three years of experience in a human resources assistant role
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources is preferred
- A full home office set-up consisting of the following:
- Computer
- Microsoft Office 365
- High-speed Internet access
- Smartphone with e-mail capability
- Computer with webcam
- Available from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Friday

- You will also need to complete a background check prior to contracting with us.
- We’re seeking applicants who have availability during normal business hours, which are 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. This is not a position that you can do on the side of a full-time job – the work is not project-based.
