Full Job Description
We are looking for a few Licensed Professional Counselors and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW or LPC) to join a growing private practice psychiatric group. Must have valid licensure in the state of New Jersey.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate clients’ progress and modify treatment plans accordingly
- Offer information and counseling on the best course of action during sessions
- Maintain accurate records and report on clients’ status
- Work closely with staff prescribers
Skills
- Proven work experience as a LCSW or LPC
- Working knowledge of social theories and practices
- Social perceptiveness and empathy
- Ability to build and maintain professional helping relationships
- Ability to relate and communicate with diverse population and groups
- Resilience along with ability to assess situations
- Willing to submit to background checks
We are currently looking to fill both full time positions (minimum 25 clinical hours per week) and part time positions. We are currently offering Telehealth sessions and in person appointments. It is currently optional to have access to an office for in-person sessions.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to do what you love without having to focus at all on the busesinss sides of having a private practice. Your responsibilities will be to schedule your own appointments, meet with your clients and complete your own notes using our EHR system. All other business responsiblities are taken care of for you!
We currently have offices in Westfield, NJ
