Online Storefront Specialist – Print Reach – REMOTE – Print Reach Software LLC – Remote Part Time

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for setting up web pages, online templates, and products for MyOrderDesk

customers and other online computer related tasks as part of our professional services offering.

This is a part-time position.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute the projects received in the Professional Services Department on behalf of our customers using the MyOrderDesk W2P Solution. These projects include setting up new storefronts, pricing forms, pages, and online design templates.
• Communicate with the sales staff and customers on the progress of the project and any problems that are affecting the timelines agreed upon.
• Keep detailed records for each project that can be accessed by the supervisor at any time on what the scope of the project is, what needs to be completed, how much time has been spent on the project and the expected time for completion.
• Communicate with sales and the supervisor when in jeopardy of not meeting the deadline, or if additional time over the quoted amount will be needed.
• Update customers with pre-paid packages on a monthly basis on the number of hours used in that month, what the remaining hours are left in the package, along with the deadline to use the hours purchased.
• Work with sales staff in quoting projects and outlining the scope of the work to be done.
• When necessary, outsource and oversee projects sent to internal staff and/or contractors in order to meet deadlines.

. Requirements:

Primary Qualifications:

• Comprehensive understanding of websites and online ordering.
• Print industry knowledge and familiarity with Web-to-Print Software preferred.
• Comfortable learning new software programs.
• Knowledge of HTML, and CSS.

Physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; balance; stoop; talk or hear. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.

This position is 100% remote. The candidate would need to have a suitable work environment set up as their home office and be comfortable managing their own schedule in a non-corporate office environment.
