Mortgage Loan Originator – X-clusiv Lending Group, Inc. – Remote Part Time

As an X-clusiv Lending Mortgage Loan Originator, there are no limits to the success you can achieve – you’ll be the driving force behind our business. You will use your industry knowledge and unparalleled client service skills to cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with your borrowers to help them grow financially and sell the value of X-clusiv Lending Group. You’re in control, but you won’t be alone.

We will provide you with the training, tools and resources you need to succeed. We offer highly competitive products and services, over 500 hours of training each year and your own portfolio of borrowers. Your sole focus will be to have meaningful business conversations, and coach up your borrowers to help them build their financial strength and do what’s right for their needs. We are the borrowers partner – the more you help them win, the more you win. You will be the CEO of your own business here at X-clusiv Lending Group.

What will you be doing:

• Meet with potential borrowers to determine their needs and recommend the right loan products to help meet their goals.
• Maintain an active knowledge base of all of the organization’s loan products and an understanding of the qualifications required of each applicant.
• Identify and recommend products that meets the borrower’s needs and the organization’s lending guidelines.
• Review active loan files each day to determine if any documents are missing or what can be done to help the process along.
• Utilize professional judgement to determine which potential borrowers represent good risk opportunities for the organization.

What we need from you:

• One or more years of experience in mortgage origination.
• Proven success as a loan officer, originator, banker or wholesale account executive.
• Well-developed understanding of mortgage sales, processing, underwriting and closing procedures.
• Knowledge of the difference between Retail and Wholesale Lending.
• Strong business-to-business relationship-building skills.
• Confident communication skills via phone and webcam.
• Passion and work ethic to keep getting better every day.
• Hard worker willing to take accountability for actions.
• Positive attitude and a passion for the mortgage industry.
• High-school diploma, GED or equivalent. (minimum)
• Active Florida Mortgage Loan Originator license.

Pay: $88,180.00 – $460,292.00 per year
