Tamara Harrison Counseling, PLLC is a thriving private practice seeking to hire two Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associates or Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associates! This is a wonderful opportunity to accrue clinical hours while working remotely on a flexible schedule. Required Education/Experience: Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field. Actively working to obtain supervised experience toward independent licensure in the State of Washington.

Required Credentials: Candidate must have one of the following licenses in the state of Washington: Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Work Associate.

Other Requirements: Candidates must have their own malpractice insurance.

The preferred candidate will be interested in providing services to those who struggle with OCD, anxiety, or related disorders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide effective and ethical counseling services, utilizing evidence-based practice and clinical skills to assess, diagnose, and treat individuals
• Complete progress notes and other paperwork in a timely and thorough fashion
• Learn and use Simple Practice, an Electronic Health Record system

Pay:

• Clinicians will be paid $20 per hour worked, as well as 25% of fee charged per session. For example, if a clinician sees a client for $100 per 50 minute session, total pay will be $45 per hour. If a clinician sees a client for $140 per 50 minute session, total pay for that hour will be $55.
