Out-FitNRG is Southern California’s premier leader in bringing health and fitness services directly to apartment communities, homeowner associations, corporate offices and private clubs. Our mission is to improve the overall health and wellness of communities with engagement and socialization by offering fitness that is easy to participate in and approachable for everyone, while providing a high-level fitness experience. We serve over 20 communities throughout Southern California and have over 90 Certified Fitness Professionals on our Team. We provide over 500 Group Fitness Classes per Month.

We are looking for a highly experienced, competent and hardworking individual to manage the company’s social media accounts, market our brand and send communication to all of our locations. The Marketing & Communications Specialist will be responsible for content creation, administering marketing campaigns, enhancing the company’s social media presence and sending out communication on program updates across all locations.

This is a part-time position. This can be a remote or non-remote position. Work schedule can be flexible.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

– Answer and respond to emails, texts and calls from clients, instructors and other NRG team members.

– Manage and Improve Out-FitNRG’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Wellness Living).

– Advetise our company and services through various media outlets.

– Send content with program updates to Out-FitNRG clients, and instructors.

– Create professional marketing content for the purposes listed below, from information and content provided by Out-FitNRG Management and Instructors on a weekly basis. Social media, Emails, Wellness Living, Marketing collateral, Sales materials.

– Increase Net Membership at the Rancho Mission Viejo location. At the end of the month, Net Membership must be positive.

– Develop and create a strategy to improve the group fitness class schedules we send to our clients. The strategy must render an aesthetically pleasing visual, reduce the frequency of edits, reduce the need for the property management team to replace physical schedules with accurate/up to date schedules.

– The content published, and marketing materials sent to clients, is expected to lead to an increase in participation in the Out-FitNRG group fitness classes. Attendance metrics will be shared with the Contractor every month.

Job Requirements:

– Highly proficient in Canva, Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, Outlook Email, Google Calendar,

– Proficient Computer Skills and comfort in navigating multiple systems

– Excellent email communication skills. Must be able to write in a clear, concise and professional manner.

– Excellent in creating content on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and other social media platforms.

– Excellent time management skills and be comfortable navigating multiple systems at once.

– Experience with Marketing Campaigns.

– Excellent Verbal Communication Skills
