Marketing & Development Intern for Inspired Educ8ion, Inc.

Who we are:

Inspired Educ8ion is a non-profit devoted to supporting school communities so that they can unleash the limitless potential in all learners! And our schools need help now more than ever, with alarming trends of teacher shortages, burnout, and attrition, not to mention the effects these have on our young learners.

Our current initiatives include teacher wellness and development program by the name of PD Reimagined; a podcast by the name of Teach Me, and a social campaign to honor, celebrate and raise the value of teachers around the globe.

Our intern program will offer experience in a wide variety of skill sets covering all of our initiatives!

Role Summary:

Essential Job Requirements (not limited to):

• Work with the marketing and communications team to brainstorm content ideas, create content, make edits to content, and publish content.

• Participate in the development and implementation of communication campaigns.

• Participate in business development activities, including research and development of, and outreach to potential partners across all initiatives.

• Assist in data analysis of impact reports, through collaborative brainstorming sessions.

• Ideate, create, and discover new solutions to business problems, and analyze feasibility with appropriate parties.

• Other additional support towards operational functions.

Time Commitment:

Approximately 15-20 hours/week, ideally a 1-year commitment. Working hours are remote, with 1 daily check-in meeting and at least 1 monthly in-person gathering.
