Full Job Description

innovaTel is looking for LCSW’s that are passionate about their work and are seeking a remote position that allows you to work from home—100%.

High demand for strong LCSWs with experience working patients across the LIFESPAN in an Outpatient Community Mental Health Center Setting.

At innovaTel, we provide a tremendous amount of support to our clinical team and want our clinicians to be able to focus on what’s most important, and that’s patient care.

  • The therapist should be experienced in common therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, TFCBT and Motivational Interviewing.
  • The therapist should be well versed in using EHRs, confident in a virtual setting, and the perform concurrent documentation.
  • Deliver excellent care to a diverse set of clients (socioeconomic status, age, sexual orientation etc.) to patients of organizations that partner with innovaTel.
  • In addition to patient care, therapists often participate in treatment team meetings and collaborate with other members of the clinical teams.
