Lead Generator (architectural, engineering and construction industry) – Genpro – Remote Part Time

Genpro is a multidisciplinary architectural and engineering company. We do architectural, structural, and MEP services for residential, commercial, hospitality, and institutional projects. Our work is based on exploring innovative forms and materials that reflect a commitment to the spirit of the new whilst maintaining a deep awareness of function and context. Genpro is an international company with headquarters based in New York City.

We are looking for a Lead Generator for a Part-time* job (4-5 hours/day) to join our team.

Position is fully remote!

What you will do:

• Evaluate a potential client
• Cold calling and email communication
• Make appointments via LinkedIn

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills including writing, speaking, listening, and cold-calling
• Experience in architectural, engineering and construction industry preferred
• Basic industry knowledge (training will be provided)
• Ability to conduct a high-volume prospecting through phone and/or email
• Accurately processing customers’ information via HubSpot CRM
• Remotely attend required team trainings and meetings
• Represent the company honestly, professionally, and ethically

Benefits

• Salary – $20 per hour +50 USD per every arranged meeting
