Lead Generation Specialist—REMOTE POSITION

Our team is looking to expand and we are looking for a sharp individual with a desire to grow with a fast-moving health & fitness-focused company expanding worldwide.

Job Description:

You would be working inside of our corporate messaging account, communicating with leads as they message us from our social media platforms. You would also be connecting with prospective leads organically through our Facebook and Instagram accounts. Your goal would be to communicate on behalf of our company and create an interest for the lead to book a sales call with our sales department. You have the ability to earn a set hourly wage plus bonuses that are closed by the sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Engaging in our lead generation strategy on all our social media platforms during scheduled hours.

• Keeping a detailed log of prospects and performance (we provide tracking sheets).

• * Providing insightful feedback to continually improve the process and implement new ideas effectively and efficiently as per the direction of leadership.

Requirements:

*You are expected to maintain or exceed booking .5 prospects per working hour with an average close rate of 30% of prospects that attend sales calls.

*You are expected to also reply to prospects promptly (maximum of ~2 minutes per message once a message is seen while on shift) – typing speed is important here

• High level of experience with Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms

• Experience in customer service is required

Experience in Sales is Preferred

• Some experience in the fitness industry is also a plus but not mandatory

• Must be able to rapidly pick up and implement a specific communication style

• Must attend weekly team meetings

• Must have flexible availability to work on weekends, evenings, and mornings

Pay: Hourly base pay $15 – 18 plus commission
**This position also gets paid commission per lead booked and closed. Commission ranges from $16 – 32 per close based on your booking metric**’
