Full Job Description
We are an Internet Marketing Agency looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to assist our marketing/creative team.
Responsibilities and Duties
The Junior Graphic Designer will design and execute creative online and print marketing materials, including identity systems, brochures, booklets, websites, emails, graphics for online advertising, infographics, iconography, social media graphics and videos, and more. Design work includes working within established branding guidelines of existing clients, as well as the creation of new unique design concepts.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in related field with 2 years experience designing for print and web
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Self motivated with a positive attitude and are a true team player
- Excellent communication and listening skills with openness to constructive criticism
- A strong appreciation and understanding of both web and print design
- A strong portfolio that shows great potential
- A great sense of design including typography, scale, color & composition, information hierarchy, and space
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and remain flexible through revisions
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- A creative, solution-based approach to problem-solving
- Willingness and desire to learn new apps and techniques, and grow as a designer
- Mac-based proficiency
*This is a part-time, ongoing, remote position of 20-30 hours per week.
*You must submit an online or PDF portfolio that includes recent design work for both print and online media. Candidates without a portfolio will not be considered.
