Digital Intern / Entry Level Part Time
FALKE is a hosiery and sportswear company based in Schmallenberg Germany with a 125-year history of offering the highest quality Legwear and sport apparel for a broad customer base. FALKE is now building its US market and seeks a Digital Intern to help achieve sales objectives.
The Digital Intern will support with the continuous improvement of FALKE’s Amazon Marketplace while working closely with the Digital Account Manager. The intern will gain broad exposure to various aspects of E-commerce, Amazon, and the Socks & Hosiery business.
This is a fully remote position with the expectation of video conference calls as needed.
Responsibilities
- Assist with keyword research using software such as Amazlyze and Helium 10
- Assist with the creation of content for new and existing listings on the Amazon marketplace
- Assist with updating and maintaining Amazon marketing content like Brand Store, A+, and Posts
- Perform analysis of sales and stock data
- Maintain reporting documents
- Communicate with customer support and manage support tickets
- Prepare data for presentations
Requirements
- PowerPoint, Word and Excel experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Driven and hard-working
- Ability to take direction and multi-task
- Previous E-commerce experience a plus

- Must have reliable internet
