Full Job Description

We are a women-owned consulting company, providing remote bookkeeping, accounting, and project management services exclusively to interior designers. We work for interior designers around the country and specialize in Studio Designer.

Do you have a business brain and a love for interior design?

We’re looking for an experienced bookkeeper to join our team! You are a good communicator, detail-oriented, and happy to work independently.

BOOKKEEPING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
STUDIO DESIGNER EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Responsibilities:

  • Entering transactional activity into Studio Designer, our Accounting/Project Management platform
  • Reconciling bank and credit cards accounts
  • Producing and reviewing reports to support client projects
  • Providing invoicing support
  • Preparing sales tax filings

Requirements:

  • Studio Designer software experience REQUIRED
  • Bookkeeping experience REQUIRED – ideally, experience working remotely and juggling multiple clients
  • Proven ability to work effectively and professionally with clients and as part of a team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to independently problem solve and manage deadlines
  • College degree in business, accounting, or similar

Software:

We work exclusively with the Studio Designer platform. Proficiency required.

This is a remote 1099 contract position.
Work from anywhere and make your own schedule working 25-40 hours per week. Minimum 25 hour commitment between Monday-Friday.
