Full Job Description
We are seeking a Top Sales Representatives to join our team! You will be selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients.
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
- Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients’ needs
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints
- Expand business reach through networking techniques
- Comply with insurance standards and regulations
- Track and identify areas of improvement
Position:
- Full or Part Time
- TOP COMPS IN THE INDUSTRY 100%-145% top comp based on experience
- NO CONTRACTS (Non-Captive Structure) Fully independent
- Carrier Bonuses

Qualifications:
- Possess a current Life and Health Insurance Producer License (or ability to obtain one – we are willing to train the right candidate, we pay for the pre licensing course and training)
- Previous experience in insurance, customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Legal resident of the United States
- Ability to pass a background check
- Performance driven, entrepreneurial and self-motivated
- Confident, persuasive, positive attitude
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $150,000.00 – $300,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- No weekends
- Weekend availability
