Overview

The Freelance Project Team – Subcontract skillfully serves as a remote individual and/or team for project labor requests, Project Management Office (PMO) project requests, internal project requests, and/or community projects. Position for Writer, Editor, Data Entry, Graphic Designer, Software Developer, App Developer, Skilled Trades, Handyperson, Artist, Illustrator, Animator, Videographer, Website Designer, Programmer, AI, VR, Conservation, Farmer, Logistics, Voice, Music, Social Media, Social Experiment, Auditing, and/or Other at request.

Responsible for executing the project tasks and producing quality deliverables. It is a commission-based 1099-NEC position, allowing individuals, sole proprietors, and LLCs to participate with perks. Commission varies: 70% commission for Project Labor Requests and $15 per hour, per person needed for PMO Requests and Community Projects.

You would need excellent communication skills, organization skills, time management skills, and problem solving skills. Travels within and outside the US, as needed. Willing to also lead/participate in community projects.

Being a Subcontractor; you must also have all applicable tools, equipment, supplies, software, trade licenses, bonds, general liability insurance, professional liability insurance, commercial property insurance, and workers compensation.

• Remotely or in-person completion of requested tasks and quality deliverables
• Assist Project Management Office (PMO) with Projects, within your chosen field, as needed

• Have the proper equipment to perform remote work (pc/laptop/tablet, phone, internet, and web-cam)
• Have the proper resources to perform your trade
• Work week days, on call for emergencies
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by senior leadership

Qualifications

• Skilled in your chosen field, as a Subcontractor

• Ability to collaborate with a diverse group of people
• Ability to manage multiple projects, including community projects
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions, creative when applicable, problem solving skills, and conflict resolution
• Familiar with JotForm
• Bilingual a plus, not required
