Freelance Graphic Designer – Way Creative House – Remote Part Time

Founded in 2018, Way Creative House is a fast-growing, full-service digital agency servicing corporate clientele and early-staged (funded) startups. We are looking to hire a stellar Freelance Graphic Designer that will work alongside our team building exciting new projects and producing novel technologies for the public interest technology space.

Our creative team is looking to add a senior-level designer to work closely with product managers and engineers to build a high-caliber digital experience. We seek to hire a Freelance Graphic Designer with a sanguine and team-oriented work personality. Responsibilities

• Design content with an understanding of UX principles – user interaction, user tasks, etc. with a focus on customer-centric design
• Create export-ready files and web style sheets to pass to dev team
• Prototype web interaction
• Daily/weekly emails that support the product priorities and needs of the business and our clients
• Editorial assets for storytelling around our new campaign and product launches
• Create web design concepts from wireframes
• Motion assets including light video editing, gifs, and animations
• Promotional assets needed for markdown events
• Digital media assets inclusive of paid social, programmatic, brand campaign media
• Light image retouching as needed

Requirements * 4+ years of professional experience as a graphic designer / UX designer

• Must have a portfolio that shows strong design capabilities
• Expertise in UX but comfortable working in all forms of media
• Prototyping and designing experience specifically for web
• Must be highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Highly detail-oriented, excellent organization, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 – $25.00 per hour
