Executive Administrative Assistant – RDH Counseling & Consulting – Remote Part Time

Looking for an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to hire immediately for 10-15 hours a week on a long term basis. Applicant must be able to work virtually, with minimal supervision. You will be the first point of contact for those looking to obtain therapy, coaching or business consulting services therefore, you must possess and display a high level of professionalism and customer service skills.

You will provide support for the owner and the other clinical staff and interns within the practice including adding appointments to their calendar and scheduling variety of staff meetings.

This position requires great communication skills, the ability to multi-task and experience with social media and CRM management.

Additional duties include:

• Handling incoming and outgoing phone and electronic communications on behalf of the owner and other clinical staff; routing incoming calls to appropriate party quickly and efficiently
• Independently creating well-organized, grammatically correct memos, emails and social media postings
• Assisting with special events planning
• Using various software applications such as spreadsheets, relational databases, statistical packages, and graphics packages to assemble, manipulate, and/or format data and/or reports
• Maintaining highest level of confidentiality
• Exercising administrative judgment; assuming responsibility for decisions, consequences, and results impacting staff, costs, and/or quality of service within the functional areas

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)

• Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Five years or more of experience as an administrative assistant
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Demonstrate interpersonal skills and proficiency in business vocabulary to effectively

represent the owner and the company to outside parties

• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)

• Experience working in a clinical setting/therapist office
• Virtual Administrative Assistant experience
• Experience writing blogs, social media postings and articles
