ERC Advisor – ERC Benefits – Remote Part Time

We are seeking an ERC Sales Advisor to join a dynamic, growing start-up. The ideal candidate will have the ability to communicate with warm leads and convert them into clients.

Core Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate with established leads via phone, email, and text messaging
• Fully engage with and review ERC program details with leads

• Confidently answer questions about the ERC program
• Lead the candidate through the process while managing the receipt and distribution of all required data
• Consistently follow up with leads, as needed, to ensure success
• Manage status updates and internal communications through our CRM tool
• Communicate well with team members throughout the process

• Have a can-do professional attitude
• Have previous sales experience
• Knowledge of ERC program a plus
• Articulate well and have a clear speaking voice
• Be polite, courteous and friendly
• Be a self-starter and ability to manage time effectively
• Have excellent organizational and follow up skills
• Be able to think on their feet and answer hard questions on the spot
• Work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Maintains the ability to work well with others

• Has excellent typing and internet search skills

• Is a good writer and has the ability to consistently draft effective communication
• Has access to a home office or other virtual work environment
• College education is preferred

• Microsoft Office skills (i.e. word, excel and powerpoint) a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 – $35.00 per hour
