E-Commerce Operations Manager
Seeking a highly detailed and organized E-Commerce operations manager for a fast-growing e-commerce company in the sports nutrition and athlete training space.

Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

* Being the liaison between CEO and rest of team. Graphic Designer, Web Development Team, Videographer and Social Media Marketer. Making sure Tasks Get Done.
* Shopify Store Design: Have the capability to do bi-weekly content and design. improvements to Shopify Digital Store.
* Organize Bi-Weekly Deals. This includes homepage above the fold image, homepage above the fold copy, 2 SMS inside Klaviyo, 1 email inside Klaviyo, Timer on Website homepage, Timer on announcement bar, Image on every product that is included in deal, appropriate pricing/discount applied on backend.
* Setting up e-mails and sms campaigns and flows in Klaviyo.
* Communication with Manufacturer.
* Customer Service.
* Communication with Influencers
* Moderate Discord Groups
* Must have experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and Monday.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $8.68 – $30.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
