This is ideal for anyone interested in working from home and setting their own schedule. Whether you are a stay-at-home parent, active military spouse, college student, recently retired, or just in need of some extra money. We are a virtual company that contracts people to work for Fortune 500 companies and perform technical, customer service and sales. You will be communicating with customers via chat, phone and email. These calls are incoming. There is NO cold calling.

Our well-known clients are seeking Independent Contractors to work remotely from home to provide virtual services from companies such as Telecommunications, Cable Services, Theme Parks, Cruise Lines, Software Companies, Fine Dining Restaurants Reservation, Roadside Assistance, Pest Control and more.

Successful Independent Contractors will have the following skills:
- Experience handling inbound and outbound calls
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Computer skills including navigating multiple tabs, windows and systems
- Basic typing skills
- Strong customer service and written skills
- Comfortable empathizing and remaining patient with difficult callers
Job Requirements
- You must have a laptop or computer
- Dual-core 2.8 GHz or better or Intel I class or AMD Phenom X2 class or better. Atom, Celeron, Pentium and Opteron processors are not permitted
- Hard Drive 20 GB or more of available space; 60 GB or more of total space
- Memory 4 GB of RAM minimum; 8 GB of RAM or better is preferable
- Operating Systems: Windows 10; Windows 8.1 not supported by all clients
- Hard-wired internet connection (no wireless)
- Minimum 10 Mbps download / Minimum 3 Mbps upload
- Maximum Latency Threshold 120 milliseconds (ms)
- Monitor Recommendations: 1280 x 1024 (SXGA) screen resolution; 1920 x 1080 (Full HD or 1080 p)
- You must be a US Citizen
- You must be 18 years or older
- You must have a quiet place to work
- You must speak fluent English
- You must have strong computer knowledge
- You must have a PC with Windows 7,8 or 10
- MAC Computers that do not run Windows are NOT compatible with most clients
- You must not reside in NY, CA, MD, WI, CT, OR or MA
- You must be willing to take a background check

Availability:
Independent Contractors choose their own schedule by self-scheduling in 30-minute blocks. As an Independent Contractor you get to dictate when and how often you commit to servicing our clients; the more you service, the higher your earning potential!

WHAT KIND OF WORK IS INVOLVED?
- You will handle ONLY inbound calls that have been routed from the client’s phone systems to your phone at home.
- You will answer the call and service the customer while you are logged into the client’s proprietary software on your computer.
