Customer Service Associate

We’re looking for a results-driven customer service professional with superb client-facing and internal communications skills. The ideal applicant will be able to manage multiple lines of communications, both internal (multiple departments) and external (backers and publishers). The applicant will be responsible for assessing customer concerns, coordinating the conversation for solutions and maintaining customer feedback. You will also be responsible for communicating processes with the customer service team, so as to enable a flawless customer service experience. While these positions are listed as part-time, we are looking to move one of these positions to a full-time hourly position after 90 days.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Proven Customer Service experience or service related fields
• An average typing speed of 40 wpm

• Proficiency in MS Excel and Email Management Systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft and GSuite and Slack
• Experience with ZohoDesk and Wrike preferred, not required

Responsibilities

• Resolve service concerns by determining the cause of the problem and selecting the best solution to solve the concern.

• Manage large amounts of inbound email and coordinating ongoing communications

• Meet personal/team targets and ticket quotas
• Ability to think critically and to be a self starter

• Process orders, returns and customer inquiries on shipments

• Maintain CS reports and data collections as needed/assigned

• Complete customer service tasks as assigned by management/lead

• Maintain a professional demeanor at all times in all forms of communication

• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

• Adhere to all company procedures, values and policies so that you provide an accurate representation of the company to all potential and current customers.

• Other duties as assigned

Pay: $11.00 – $13.00 per hour
