**PERMENANT REMOTE ROLL
About the Client
Inbound Sales & Customer Service for a major home improvement retailer.
Responsibilities –
On a day to day basis, You could expect to participate in the following activities:
Inbound calls for assistance with general information center which serves as the transfer hub and information, inbound sales, customer service and store support.
Assisting customers with product questions
Placing new orders
Handling Existing orders- returns/replacements
Provide store specific support
Contacting vendors for shipping information
MUST HAVE OWN COMPUTER
64 GB total Hard Drive or higher
Dual monitors required
USB VoIP Headset
Smartphone required for secondary code verification (RSA)
Qualifications –
- Willingness to assist customers
- 18 and older
- Attention to detail
- Or eager to learn how to provide stellar customer service
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities –
- Manage time and priorities to provide timely updates
- Able to think independently, respond to rapid change easily and build rapport with others
- Ability to anticipate and exceed customer needs, wants and expectations
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Efficient and accurate with data entry
- Demonstrate sound judgment and decision making, keeping company and customer best interests at all times
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office and cloud-based applications
- CRM software experience preferred

This is a perfect fit for Independent contractors who want to work and choose a shift Sunday – Saturday 6am to 2 am ET and . After training you select your own hours and days off. Required to work 30 hours minimum a week when selecting your schedule and MUST WORK WEEKENDS. if you don’t desire full time ask about the Part time shift.
