Customer Experience Representative – All Pro Seamless Rain Gutters – Remote Part Time

We are looking for a Customer Experience Representative who is interested in working from home part-time, to join our small team. The right fit for us is someone who puts the customer first, demonstrates respect and professionalism to our customers and to our other team members. We need a friendly, dependable self-starter, who is detail oriented to assist our potential customers and existing customers with scheduling estimates, installations, follow ups and inquiries. You will not be making cold calls (unless you really want to!).

This position would require use of our field service management software and phone system (they are both very simple to use). Possession of a desk top or lap top and high speed internet is necessary. We would send you a headset.

Previous customer service experience is a must but rain gutter experience is not a requirement. We are most interested in your sparkling personality.

The job is Monday thru Friday Eastern Standard Time as we are in Florida. The position is remote. Must be fluent in English.
