About MT Learning Center

MT Learning is an established learning center dedicated to set up students for success. We provide high quality educational programs, and we work with students aged 12 to 18. Our class sizes are small, limited to no more than sixteen students. Our goal is to make learning both personable and enjoyable.

We seek candidates who are comfortable with teaching, mentoring, and interacting with our students. Our instructors and college counselors are given the tools to succeed and grow professionally as well as the opportunity to positively impact the lives of students. What We Are Looking For

We are looking for part-time College Admissions Essay Counselors.

· Remote or Onsite position in Fremont, CA

Pay

· Rate: $55 to $75 per hour* The rate increases each month in the college application seasons, as the college application deadlines approach.

*Successful teachers and counselors will also be considered as Partners who receive an additional 10% – 15% of profits based on students’ successful completion of taught group courses or provided services.

Key Qualifications

· Familiarity with relevant colleges and the college application process and/or ability to provide guidance (e.g., choices of colleges)

· Expertise with college admission essay editing

· Prior experience as a college applications counselor preferred

Education

· BA or BS in a related field
